Kitchen-Living Room Passthrough Window
This house felt much too divided between spaces, so during the remodel I added a pass through window between the kitchen and living room. Deck Renovation
This deck had some wood decking that was in really tough shape and the railing were not to code (they were too short and the lattice is not strong enough). Decking was removed and replaced and railings were extended above 36″ and balusters were added.
